UK Postage & Packing ALL RECORDED POST. For purchases up to £10 p&p is £1.50, up to £20 is £2 and up to £30 is £2.50. If the shopping basket total is over £30 then UK P&P is FREE. For non-UK customers please refer to the Shipping Page.

We design glass bead jewellery and gem jewellery using silver plated wire, nylon cord and ribbon. We make jewellery for all occasions including necklaces, necklace and earring jewellery sets, surfer jewellery, wedding jewellery and children's jewellery. Our jewellery designs are individual and crafted singularly.

Camera/Screen Discrepancies

Please note that the colours of the jewellery displayed on the website may differ slightly from the colours of the actual jewellery as computers, monitors and cameras do not always portray the same colour.

The measurements of products displayed on the site are for a guide only and as errors can occur, we do not accept any liability if the information stated is incorrect although we do our utmost to ensure the accuracy of any information given.

Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty in any way, you can return it to Scuz Ballz Jewellery within 14 (fourteen) days. Please e-mail us at louisebentley@hotmail.com immediately upon receipt of the product and give your order number. If the item is repairable then the repair will be offered free of charge or you will be offered a refund or replacement item.

Please follow the procedure for returns and return the item to us together with a note, explaining what you believe is the problem and stating the original order number. We will investigate the fault and either offer you a repair, replacement or a refund.

How to Return Items

If you wish to return a faulty item, you may do so by giving us prior notice. Please e-mail louisebentley@hotmail.com and give details of the Order Number (if known), name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, the reason for the return and whether a refund or replacement is required.

Please return all items unused and in their original condition and packaging and with all tags intact. You can use the original jiffy bag/box to return the item, but please ensure that the original addressee label is covered completely. Please write your order number on the back of the package.

Obtain a Certificate of Posting (available free from the Post Office) for all returns and you should keep this Certificate until you have received your refund or replacement. We cannot take responsibility for goods lost in transit if a Certificate of Posting has not been obtained.

Cancelling an Order

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.

If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant items and send them back to us and we can then refund your credit card or PayPal account. If your order has been shipped prior to cancellation then we reserve the right not to refund the postage & Packing charges.
